To foster research ecosytem, CCMB Hyderabad opens call for Winter Research Observership program 2019 for MBBS students.

Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad a premier research organisation in frontier areas of modern biology is inviting applications for its Winter Research Observership program from MBBS students currently studying in different medical colleges of the countyr. The Winter Observership program is of 2 weeks duration commencing from 16th December 2019 and will conclude on 28th of December. Each student will be assigned to a laboratory during the training program. In addition to laboratory observership/training students would be exposed to scientific ethics, good laboratory practices and taken to visit research facilities at CCMB and it's annexes. The student would be required to submit a short report to CCMB and certificate of training would be issued to the students upon successful completion of the program.

Applications for the same are online and the students are required to submit a forwarding certificate from HOD/ Principal of the University/college /institute, a SOP and a brief biodata along with the application in the prescribed format. MBBS students presently in 2nd and 3rd year of their study can apply for this training program.
The last date for receiving applications is 22nd November, 2019. Accomodation may be provided to the desiring students upon request.
The maximum intake for the Winter Research Observership program is 20 students. CCMB Hyderabad aims to foster research ecosystem in the country and among the undergraduate students and this program is one of its initiative to fulfill these objectives.
